Polympiads is a dynamic association founded by EPFL students with a passion for promoting disciplines such as mathematics and programming. We believe in the power of challenging oneself to inspire creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We organize weekly training sessions, hosted in the Bernoulli center, where we bring together the most talented and competent students of the campus in order to participate in both national and international competitions.
The International Mathematics Competition (IMC) for University Students is an annual mathematics competition open to all undergraduate students of mathematics.
HC², previously organized by Polyprog, was the largest programming competition in the country, drawing the participation of 200 talented students from across Switzerland.
The ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest, or ACM ICPC for short, is the biggest student programming contest in the world.
